Getting here from Golborne

From Golborne High Street, head north east on the A573 Heath Street and Bolton Road, then pick up the A572 Warrington Road at Lowton and follow it into Leigh. Around fifteen minutes on a clear run. If you are coming from the Golborne Dale Road side, the A580 to the Lowton roundabout and then north is often quicker.

By rail, Newton le Willows is your nearest station, but there is no useful train into Leigh, so bus or car is the way. The 582 and local services connect Golborne to Leigh bus station, which is a two minute walk from the shop.

Landmarks to aim for

You will come into Leigh past the Sports Village and the retail units on Warrington Road. Follow the signs for the town centre, not the market car park, and Bradshawgate runs up from there past Spinning Gate to the town hall. We are on that stretch.

Parking when you drive over

Spinning Gate car park is the safe bet and it puts you two minutes from the chair. There is on street parking on the roads leading off Bradshawgate, free in the evenings, which works well if you have booked one of our later Thursday or Friday slots.
